This inexpensive doublet refractor has blue fringing at higher magnifications due to its design; this is hardly noticeable in the included eyepieces however. This is a good telescope for the price! In addition to the camera tripod connection, it has an approximately 5cm long standard rail for attachment to EQ-5 mounts and its clones. The telescope can be used as lightweight and inexpensive guide scope for autoguiding.
