Skywatcher 2″Amici prism – nature watching with your astronomical telescope
Why should you only use your telescope for astronomy? You can make your telescope more versatile and be able to watch the beauty of nature using an Amici prism. A telescopic basically stands objects on their heads, but an erect image is necessary for nature watching.
The Skywatcher 2″ Amici prism gives a non-inverted and non-reversed image, much like a pair of binoculars. It can be used on a refractor, Schmidt-Cassegrain or Maksutov telescope. The 45° angle means that viewing is always optimal, with a comfortable posture.
The built-in 2″ barrel allows it to be used in a wide variety of telescopes. Simply insert the prism and it is ready to use.
Suitable for all astronomical eyepieces from our product range: there is a 2″ socket and a 1.25″ reducer on eyepiece side. The elegant CNC-manufactured housing guarantees you many years of enjoyment with this high quality product from the house of Skywatcher.
